Every day I try to “Be the change…” I try to be the person I want to meet, to be the person I would admire and look forward to hearing from or talking to each day.
On Mondays I create a list of kindnesses I can do during the week. This is my way of sharing this with you – in hopes that more people will experience kindness each day.
You will receive a short email on Monday morning, giving you a list of 5-7 ideas of actions you can take that week to perpetuate kindness and happiness in your world.
